Sam Copeland missing – Family of missing San Dieguito Academy student seeks help in finding her
CALIFORNIA, US State – Sam Copeland, a 16-year-old who is a student of San Dieguito Academy in Encinitas has been reported missing. She was last seen on Friday, November 12th, 2021 after she was dropped off at her school by her mother.
Report reaching us states that her worried family reported her missing after she failed to return back home as expected and when her mother showed up to pick her up she did not come out.
William Copeland said, “When her mother went to pick her up from school, she never came out, It turns out, Sam didn’t go to class at all.”
The family and loved ones of Sam took to social media to ask for help in finding her. A Facebook post by Stoni Fairchild-Cannon reads “Parents of a 16-year-old San Dieguito Academy student are asking for the community’s help to locate their daughter who went missing on Nov. 12 in Encinitas.”
Information reaching us states that Sam had been hanging out with a 23-year-old whose name was given as Dylan Schacht. This led her family to believe that she might be with him. They are believed to be in the areas near Schacht’s Oceanside home. Schacht reportedly drives a black Audi A4 sedan with the license plate number 8UTM297.

Sam was last seen wearing a purple sweatshirt, black yoga pants and black Converse tennis shoes.
William also said her cell phone had been previously taken away from her to prevent her from hanging out with Schacht. She is without a phone and this makes it difficult to track her movements. He said “Right now, the family is worried about Sam and just wants to know she is safe.”
