Actor Brad Pitt was surprised by the news that his friend, photographer Saul Fletcher, killed his own wife and after that committed suicide.
According to the British newspaper Daily Mail, Fletcher stabbed his wife to death and then called the couple’s daughter to confess to crime. After that, he fled to another property the couple had and took his own life.
The wife’s death happened at the photographer’s apartment in Berlin, Germany on the night of last Wednesday (22).
Still according to the Daily Mail, Fletcher’s daughter called the police reporting the incident around 23 pm. She also told that her father would have confessed to the crime.
When police arrived at the apartment, they found the 53-year-old woman dead to knife strokes. Neither Fletcher nor his Porsche car were on site.
He was found about four hours later at the family vacation home, which is in Brandenburg, about an hour from his apartment. Fletcher’s cause of death has not been disclosed
