Today (Sunday) Ramadan 25, 1444 AH, Umm Al-Qura Development and Reconstruction Company, the owner and developer of the “Masar” destination, and Irth Real Estate Company signed an acquisition agreement, according to which Irth Real Estate Company will become the owner of three residential towers overlooking the Masar front. These three towers will add more than 81 thousand square meters of luxury residential apartments with an investment volume of more than two billion riyals.
The signing ceremony took place in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Irth Real Estate Company, Abdullah Suleiman Al-Rajhi, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Umm Al-Qura Development and Reconstruction Company, Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel. Saud Abdullah Al-Rajhi, who expressed his happiness with this agreement, which comes as a continuation of the journey of Irth Real Estate Company in providing the highest levels of real estate development services, especially for luxury residential solutions, with the aim of providing high-level ownership apartments, and enjoys the trust and appreciation that befits the “Masar” destination.
For his part, CEO of Umm Al-Qura Development and Reconstruction Company, Yasser Abu Ateeq, expressed the company's pride in the agreement with Irth Real Estate Company, stressing Umm Al-Qura's keenness to diversify its real estate products in the "Masar" destination, to include all target groups, and to meet the needs of residents and visitors in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
