Thomas Artist Missing, 40-year-old Man Missing from Charlotte County.
A 40-year-old Charlotte County man was last seen on Tuesday with his dog in his work truck, officials said.
According to authorities, Thomas Artist is considered to be endangered.
Artist was last seen on June 29 leaving his home in his Legend Lawn Care work truck with his dog.
