Timothy Robinson missing – man found dead in car 75 feet under Water after 12 years long search

On the November 26, 2008, a 56-year-old Oregon, US man Timothy Edward Robinson mysteriously disappeared from that area after being last seen driving his silver 2008 Mazda sedan. The search for the missing man started almost immediately he was reported missing with hopes that he will be recovered as they searched. Days turned to weeks, weeks turned to months, and months became years as he was never recovered until last year when he was found 75 feet submerged under water in his car. 

Where was Timothy Robinson found?

According to Sources, the 56-year-old was found when the crew from the YouTube channel Adventures With Purpose, where on an  environmental clean up on 26 May last year, as when they pulled up the his car out of the Willamette river during a live stream. This was a horrible sight as the car was being inspected and a body was found in it “Call the cops, call the cops, call the cops!” he shouts at the other volunteers. “So this got real, real quick. We were actually doing a live as we were pulling the body out, we were showing a little bit of the car and there’s a body inside of it.”  Said Adventures With Purpose host Jared Leisek who made the tragic discovery.

Jared being horrified said, “We were actually doing a live stream at the time, when we were doing our normal environmental clean up, we were pulling the car out of the river and at that moment in time we realised there was actually a body inside of it. “That body belonged to Timothy Edward Robinson, who actually went missing 12 years ago.” He concluded.

The footage went viral at the point, and the family of the missing man was informed about the discovery, and accolades started coming in which included that of the family to the team as they have helped the family by bringing the pieces of the puzzle together. “I wanted to personally thank you for bringing closure to this family. It’s been a long time and now he can finally be put to rest. Thank you and God bless.”
