Update: State Police have revealed that the victim in the Oneida Castle homicide is 22-year-old Tyler A. McBain. Troopers said McBain was killed in an upstairs apartment at 91 Seneca Ave. The downstairs neighbor heard a fight and saw a man run out of the residence to a waiting, dark-colored SUV. The neighbor then found McBain dead upstairs. State police said the SUV is believed to be headed for the Rochester area.
We are still working on getting more details about the death, as family statement on the death is yet to be released.
