The Center for Promoting Moderation in the State of Kuwait hosted a member of the American Academy of Forensic Medicine, and advisor to the Tranquility Campaign, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Murjan, to hold workshops under the name “Immunity Tech”.

Farid Emadi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and Secretary-General of the Higher Committee for Promoting Moderation, confirmed that "this step aims to promote moderation and purify Islam from the impurities and suspicions that are attributed to it." The qualitative “Hassana Tech” initiative aims to contribute to the transition to a proactive policy in combating terrorism, trying to sense the danger, and detecting deviant behaviors of students in the initial stages through scientific and technical methods and with community participation. It also aims to protect the student from being a victim of the soft war waged by terrorist groups and a tool to implement the terrorist agenda in society. This initiative is based on three main axes: the first is to create an electronic culture inside the home in a practical way. A workshop entitled “The Dangers of Technology for Children and Ways of Prevention” was designed for parents. It is concerned with raising the sense of electronic security for parents by identifying the dangers of technology and identifying the most important dangers of our current era, which is the use of soft war by terrorists for electronic recruitment.
