••• Half of the world, which is lost to all ages and seasons.. My father.
• Ramadan is stuck in your memory.. When and why?
•• All the Ramadans or – the two Ramadans – in our first home, until I was 13, we used to break our fast around my grandmother Fatima, known as “Arija”, even though she was not limping, but rather her foot was amputated when she was in her middle age. I remember the hue, the smell, the taste, the carpets, the zinc perch, and exactly where I used to sit.
On the table, something you prefer other than food?
••• children!
• Do you prefer the daytime of Ramadan, or its tumultuous evenings?

A Ramadan dish that does not leave your table?
•• I am not demanding, despite my belonging – against my will – to the party that gets angry when it gets hungry, becomes a crushing beast, and causes scandals for itself because of its stomach!
• Your presence has become slight on social networking sites? Will Ramadan bring you back?
•• Yes, unfortunately my absence has become evident, and the reason is due to work. I hope to return to write and share on my Twitter and Facebook pages this month. It is definitely an opportunity.
• Music stuck in your mind associated with Ramadan?
••• Introduction music for the “Hurouf” program, which was presented by Majed Al-Shibl – may God have mercy on him -.
How much is your total bill for Ramadan food?
••• My family is small, I don't count, and I don't think the subsistence bill is exorbitant, but I also don't know where the salary goes.
Where does the “Ramadan Iftar” compass go outside the home?
••• I never like to break the fast outside the house, but every year I fail to refuse Saleh Sidran's invitation or evade him – Abu Rose.. one of Najran's intellectuals, Rafik al-Omar, and the supporter of days -.
What do you watch on TV, other than the Maghrib call to prayer?
••• I don't watch the call to prayer on TV, I hear it from the nearby mosque. This year, I will follow the series Hyperloop and Al-Asouf. I also follow the series “I Have a Text” on Netflix with love, performed by my friend and great teacher Ibrahim Al-Hassawi, and the series “What If?” To enjoy the performance of the star Siddik Monzer Rayhana.
A city you wish to spend Ramadan in.. and why?
••• Sarajevo, with Ammar's mother, for reasons related to her wishes.
Who do you communicate with the most during Ramadan?
••• Hamda bint Manea..my mother, and Azmani countryside.
During your career… did your sail sail as your wind desires?
••• Praise be to God, it is going wonderfully, as if it were a rhyme from the rhymes of Muhammad Al-Thubaiti.

• Throughout the day, what is the closest moment to your heart?
•• When I open the door of the house, “the torment of the girls” rushes at me.. Ammar.
After becoming a father, do you deal with “Ammar” through parental guardianship or through dialogue with friends?
••• I was a friend of my father, he chose me for companionship, so my childhood and youth were amazingly free, and this freedom became in my adolescence and youth a valuable acquisition and precious trust, I used to protect him with responsibility and deep love, and with Ammar I will do like my father, he is now two years old, and we began to talk to each other as friends Two old people meet in distant cafes, I tell him in a wintry tone, about the majestic days, and the greats who climbed the chariot of absence. As for him, he “calls on me” in a miraculous language consisting of a thousand letters, in which he tells stories about rivers that almost get tired of running, and think of turning into trees in his playroom, under whose shade dolls sit, and graze from their sparkling leaves when we go to sleep.
How do you view the Saudi cinematic experience from your theatrical angle?
•• Each of them has its own skills, techniques, and different references. I cannot read these films with my theatrical tools, but I have a good knowledge of the global cinematic experience, and I have read many titles concerned with it, and I think that judging the “film” experiences presented in it is hasty, as these experiences It is still in the “beginning time”, and this time is preoccupied – often – with proving presence, expressing a visual point of view only, and the time will come when cinematic experiences worthy of attention and criticism will come, as a philosophical point of view, exploiting the aesthetics of the film industry to express it. On the other hand, I dream of writing a feature film every day, as ideas invade me constantly, and I wrote down some of their urgency, but time is my adversary and hindrance in this project, as writing this art requires ample time, and an intensity of work characterized by length, detail, penetrating awareness, and a solid integrated vision.
Who is the indispensable fictional or real character, and why?
••• Generations professor, comprehensive intellectual and reference, Professor Dr. Yahya Mahmoud bin Junaid. He captivates me with his humanity, which I thought – before I met him – was impossible in this world. An exceptional and strange personality at this time, although he is one of the most important masters of culture and knowledge in the Arab world today and yesterday, but his humility and mercy are his most prominent features that make you in love with the personality of this sign, astonished and ashamed in front of his human and cognitive biography that he hides as much as he can. May God prolong his life, and we enjoyed his life, his production, and seeing his high face.
