In continuation of the system of services provided in the Prophet’s Mosque and the keenness of the Agency of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque to harness all services for visitors and worshipers on the night of the conclusion of the Qur’an in the Prophet’s Mosque, the agency intensified its daily work and efforts in the corridors and courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque through continuous disinfection and sterilization around the clock to create the appropriate atmosphere for visitors And the worshipers.
The amount of disinfection amounted to 85 thousand liters, while the amount of sterilization amounted to 70 thousand liters to provide a healthy atmosphere and a safe environment inside the Prophet’s Mosque.
It also used the latest technologies for the continuity of developing the system of services provided and reaching the highest quality standards in serving the visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Agency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, represented by the Operations Department, also intensified its preparations for the 29th night, by receiving communications via the unified number 1966.
The department works to receive visitors' calls, inquiries, suggestions and complaints 24 hours a day, and the number of beneficiaries of the unified number during the first 20 days of the month of Ramadan reached 2261 beneficiaries. The wireless device monitors messages between departments and directs them to the concerned authorities in order to organize the work environment in the Prophet’s Mosque.
The Agency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, represented by the Al-Suqya Department, has intensified its efforts in all the corridors of the Prophet’s Mosque to facilitate the arrival of blessed water to all worshipers and visitors on the night of the end, as Zamzam water has been supervised since its arrival from Makkah Al-Mukarramah via tightly closed mobile tanks to the visitor’s reach.
Zamzam water is also transported to the Prophet’s Mosque at a rate of up to 400 tons per day distributed over 18,000 containers, and the number of container filling sites is 8 sites, and 3 centers for cooling Zamzam containers, and it is transported through 70 vehicles to distribute Zamzam containers, and 20 electric vehicles to distribute water inside the corridors. The Agency intensified its efforts on the night of the completion of the Qur’an, and the number of containers reached 13,000, and it also distributed 80,000 healthy water bottles, and equipped 50 backpacks of Zamzam water containers.
