A teenage assailant who stabbed two police officers in Jerusalem’s Old City near a Jewish religious school Wednesday was shot dead by Israeli security forces.
Authorities say the officers sustained minor injuries during the attack by the 16-year-old teen in east Jerusalem. the police said.
According to EMS two victims were located after the attack in the Muslim quarter and transported to the hospital in undisclosed condition. Officials say the suspect was killed during the incident. His identify is pending until investigations are concluded.
