21-year-old Launce Cliff has been arrested in connection to a shooting in the 4300 block of South Grand Canyon Drive that left a man dead.
Cliff has been booked into the Clark County Detention Center for open murder on Thursday. Metro Police officers responded to the scene at about 3:30 a.m. Monday on receiving multiple shots fired reports of a shooting ongoing in a in a parking lot. Arriving officers located a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary investigations indicates the victim and Cliff got involved in an argument in the Las Vegas parking lot, The arguments escalated into physical fights then shots were fired, and the unidentified victim was fatally struck. His identification will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
