Alexis Lopez Gutierrez Death : 44-year-old Ricardo Gutierrez Munguia, of Easton, has been arrested Wednesday in connection to Nov. 12th shooting death of 24-year-old Alexis Lopez Gutierrez, of Sanger in Easton.
Fresno County Officials say the suspect turned himself in on Wednesday. Authorities responded about 7:oo p.m. to the 5700 block of S. Geneva Avenue in Easton and located Gutierrez suffering from multiple gunshot injuries. EMS initiated a CPR but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary investigations shows that the suspect Ricardo fired several shots from his car and then sped off. Officials say the victim and the suspect share the same surname but are not related in anyway. Ricardo has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on charges of murder.
