Sajan Mathew Death : A 15-year-old teen has been taken into custody in Dallas Wednesday in connection to the fatal shooting of 55-year-old Sajan Mathew, of Kozhencherry in a Mesquite shop.
The incident happened in Sajan Mathew owned Victoria’s Beauty Supply store in a strip shopping center located in the1800 block of N Galloway Ave, Mesquite at about 1:40 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. The teen armed with a handgun broke into the store and opened fire on the Pathanamthitta district man. The victim was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The juvenile faces a charge of capital murder, reports says.
Investigators say Sajan’s wife, Mini Saji works as a nurse at Dallas Presbyterian Hospital and has two children. Their elder daughter’s marriage was held two months ago. Police is still investigating the deadly shooting that has left the families and friends of the deceased heartbroken.
