David Neal Cox Death : 50-year-old David Neal Cox has being executed Wednesday 17 Nov. 2021 at Mississippi State Penitentiary in Parchman, after being convicted in 2012 for fatally shooting estranged wife Kim Kirk Cox and sexually assaulting his 12-year-old step-daughter Lindsey Kirk, triple times whilst his wife bled out, reports say.

The Mississippi man was killed by lethal injection after surrendering all his appeals. Neal wrote in a court documents that he was worthy of death. He urged his children to read nothing except from ‘King James Bible, stating also that he was once a good man and he loves his children.

Neal also left a note relating to the 2007 disappearance of Felicia Cox, his brother’s wife, but stating that the letter should be read only after his death. Some family members including her daughter, believe Neal may have been involved in Felicia’s disappearance.

Lindsey Kirk said she missed her mother every day. She also said Cox had been secretly sexually assaulting her for years but would threaten to kill them both if she ever said anything. After she told her mom, Neal was arrested and given a restraining order. But after release he found her at her sister’s house and killed her.

“Mama was laying on the floor. She was bleeding,” Lindsey recounted.
