He was a jokester, always trying to lighten the mood or make those around him laugh.
While announcing the passing of Frank Licavoli, Samantha Stolz issued a statement on her Facebook describing Frank as one of a kind and a joy to all who knew him. She also said, “Our brother in law Frank Licavoli passed away yesterday, unexpectedly.”
Lisa Stolz VanLaan posted on Facebook, “I still remember the day I met him. I was 8 years old, and he instantly became my brother. He had a gift for making me feel special. He loved big, and he was a great brother to me. He went on to become a great husband, father, uncle and grandpa. I wish we had him longer, but I’m so grateful for all the memories. He was so sacrificial with his time with everyone. He loved people, and they loved him. Missing him is an understatement. Frank Licavoli”
