Officials with the Jackson police are investigating a shooting Sunday evening at West McDowell Road.
Responding officials say an unidentified man was involved in an altercation with a fellow man. The argument escalated to shots being fired, striking the unknown man, according to Jackson police. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
A suspect identified as Coby Glover was arrested and put into custody. Investigations continues.
