Authorities say an adult male was found shot multiple times in Homewood South Monday 22ns November 2021.
Officers responded to a shots fired report in the 7800 block of Franstown Avenue. Arriving officers say the shooting occurred precisely in the 7800 block of Bennett Street. A man was located suffering from serious gunshot wounds at the scene. The unidentified male was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Detectives with Pittsburgh Police are investigating the shooting. No possible suspect description was immediately given, according to Pittsburgh Public Safety.
