shooting in Richmond tx – Richmond Police are investigating a shooting in the 500 block of Travis Street.
Residents have been urged by authorities to avoid the area as detectives are on the scene investigating. Traffic to the lane has been blocked of and redirected to other routes as investigators comb the area for evidence. It is not immediately known what prompted the sprang out of gunfire.
