Javion Rhodes Death – Cause of Death – 18-year-old Javion Rhodes, was identified by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department as the victim of a fatal shooting on Tuesday night, 16th of November 2021. According to IMPD the shooting happened on the 6900 block of East 46th Street just before 8p.m which is the city’s northeast side.
Responding deputies said when they got to the scene, they found an adult male victim later identified as Rhodes in a remote part of Gardner Park. Police said Rhodes was confirmed dead at the scene, raising the city’s number of homicides to 244 this year. His death was ruled as homicide. Investigators are working tirelessly to determine what happened leading up to the shooting.
