On Thursday, corresponding to the 22nd of the current month of Ramadan, the Ministry of Education will close the door for submitting applications for retirement of male and female teachers for the current academic year 1444, through the “Fares” electronic system, with all required documents attached.
This year, the Ministry allowed the extension of the period for applying for retirement for a period of more than 6 months, unlike the usual during the past years, with the possibility of abandoning the request for retirement before the request was officially approved in the “Fares” system.
The ministry confirmed that applying for retirement will be available to those who have completed a net service of 25 years or more, provided that the fourth day of the next month of Dhu al-Hijjah, which represents the last day in the current academic year 1444, will be the last working day for educational job holders who applied for retirement during This year, they were officially issued retirement decisions.
