The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the proposed amendments to the work system are proposed amendments that have not been approved, and have been shared with all entities and individuals to see their suitability.

Commenting on what was published in “Okaz” yesterday (Tuesday) March 28, 2023, the Ministry said that what was published are previous and proposed amendments that were shared through the “Istiqlal” platform in January of 2021, with the aim of the participation of all parties as well as individuals, and their opinions. To find out the appropriateness of some of the amendments or not, explaining that they are proposals in their entirety, and they are not done until after they are approved according to the procedures and powers followed in that.

The Ministry confirmed that it had previously submitted a number of proposals for its regulations and decisions on the “Istiqlal” platform to obtain the opinions of the respondents, within the principle of transparency that the wise leadership and government agencies work on in involving and taking public opinions in any of the studies and decisions before their approval.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Development noted that an announcement will be made by the Ministry in the event of any approved amendments to the work system.
