Dwayne Lloyd George Death – Cause Of Death: Dwayne Lloyd George of Clarksville has been identified by Coroner Scott Daniel as the man that was fatally shot and killed inside a residence near the intersection with Eddy Street, on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road in Oak Grovee on Friday 19th November 2021 at about 3:30 p.m.
Accoding to police report, Dwayne was located at his apartment on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road by police official with gunshot injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.The suspect who shot him was has also died in a suicide hours after the Oak Grove shooting in Clarksville.
An investigation is still ongoing at the time of this report.
