California man shoots and kills his four children and mother-in-law
Authorities say 29-year-old Germarcus David, of California, was arrested Monday in connection to the shooting death of his mother-in-law and his four children.
It incident took place Sunday at exactly 10:30 a.m. inside a Lancaster home. Responding officers located the five victims suffering from gunshot wounds to their lower torso. The five victims were pronounced dead at the scene. David surrendered to police after confessing to killing the five victims, which includes his four children and mother-in-law Monday, according to Lancaster Sheriff’s Office.
A neighbor and witness identified as Grace Beltran narrated the incident saying; ‘a woman ran back and forth in their front yard, screaming, My babies are gone They’re all dead .’
Investigators say David was a licensed security guard and had a permit to carry a gun but expired in August 2020 and were listed as canceled.
