The Haramain Train Administration increased the number of trips during the holy month of Ramadan, to reach more than 100 trips per day. To transfer pilgrims from Makkah Al-Mukarramah to Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah in both directions to facilitate the guests of Rahman during peak times.
It is noteworthy that the Haramain Express Train is witnessing an increasing turnout of visitors and pilgrims from the Two Holy Mosques (the Grand Mosque – Makkah Al-Mukarramah), and (the Prophet’s Mosque – Medina) and visitors to the city of Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City, through five stations that have been equipped with full services. More than 25,000 flights have been operated since the start of operation, with the accuracy of reaching the appointment exceeding 95%.
