The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, held an official meeting with the British Home Secretary, Swella Braverman, in the British capital, London.
Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud expressed his thanks to the British Home Secretary for hosting the meeting, which reflects the common desire to strengthen the strategic and historical relations between the two friendly countries.
The Minister of Interior affirmed that the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia values and appreciates the existing security cooperation, noting the continuous security coordination between the two ministries of interior in the two countries.
During the session, they discussed ways to enhance and develop tracks of joint security cooperation, and the two sides praised the level of strategic partnership between the two ministries and the positive results achieved during the last period.
The session witnessed the signing of several agreements in the security, development and training fields between the Ministries of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
The discussion session was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United Kingdom, Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Hisham bin Abdul Rahman Al-Faleh, and a number of officials at the Ministry of Interior.
On the British side, it was attended by a number of senior officials from the Ministry of Interior, and the UK Ambassador to the Kingdom, Neil Crompton.
