The Ministry of Education revealed the necessary steps to upgrade the incumbents of the wages item and employees, through the “Fares” system, indicating that the data collection stage will be during the period from 8/29 to 12/1/1444 AH, while a procedure will be conducted Comparing the applicants on 1/12/1444 AH.
The ministry indicated that the promotion is not eligible for those who have not completed 4 years of wages.
The Ministry stated that those wishing and deserving of the highest jobs in the wages and employees category must update their data in the “Fares” system, so that they add the academic degree, mobile number, driver’s licenses, professional license certificates, and training, as the authority will then be transferred to their manager. The directive in order to add the job performance calendar for the current year, while the authority for promotions and follow-up on the completion of data will be within the competence of the directors of human resources departments in the education departments and the director of employee service in the ministry’s office, which will be based on the comparison process.
