Colin Young Death – Cause Of Death: National Film and Television School founding director Colin Young has died peacefully at his home on Saturday 27th November 2021 at the age of 94, surrounded by his family. Colin Young’s cause of death has not been released at the time of this report.

The National Film and Television School (NFTS) is a film, television, and games school that was established in the year 1971 and based at Beaconsfield Studios in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England. It is featured in the 2021 ranking by The Hollywood Reporter of the top 15 international film schools.

Colin was born in Glasgow in 1927, He studied film at The University of California, Los Angeles(UCLA), a public land-grant research university in Los Angeles, California. He was one of the most prominent characters in film education from being the director of @UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television, and the creator of the @NFTSFilmTV to Ateliers du Cinema European.

He was a great man with great intellectual, he was brave, brilliant, and smart, his passing created a hole in the heart of his student that would never be filled. His talent will be missed and his legacy will live on forever. Colin Young’s obituary will be announced by his family in due time.
