Authorities are investigating a triple shooting on Thursday night left a man dead in Philadelphia’s Oxford Circle neighborhood.
The incident happened at about 8 p.m. in the 6300 block of Castor Avenue. Philly Police responded and located a 26-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The man was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries’. Another two victims were also located at the scene a 31-year-old and 22-year-old man with injuries consistent with gunshots.
Detectives say the 22-year-old, who works in a business place close to the area where the shooting occurred, sustained gunshot wounds to the ankle. ‘We found him on the sidewalk,’ according to Chief Inspector Scott Small. No suspect information’s was immediately made available.
