Sara-Nicole Morales Death – Cause Of Death: 35-year-old Volusia County librarian Sara-Nicole Morales has been identified as the woman that was fatally shot and killed in a confrontation she had with a man whose motorcycle she had bashed earlier on Saturday 20th November 2021 in the 1000 block of E. Wisconsin Ave.
According to information, Sara-Nicole Morales struck 40-year-old Andrew Derr of Orange City motorcycle on Volusia Avenue/US 17-92 and drove away to her apartment in Wisconsin Avenue. Andrew followed her down to her residence and shouted at her to stop, Sara Morales pulled a gun in the street of her Orange City home and threatened to shoot at him but Andrew fired first.
Orange City Police has taken Andrew into custody, but he has not been charged yet, police said he has been assisting with the investigation from the onset
